70s Split-Level
This split-level was built in 1976 and lovingly remodeled a half century later. The design incorporates plaster, custom white oak millwork, and natural stone to complement the home’s quintessential architectural style. The reconfiguration of the kitchen and dining, plus the addition of a kids’ bath, earned the stamp of approval from teenage twins. Meanwhile, the ensuite bathroom overlooks Austin’s greenbelt, making it a serene retreat for mom and dad.
